Preparing for an Equipment Appraisal.
In preparing for an equipment appraisal, its always helpful if the appraiser can determine the following:
- What will the appraisal be used for?
- When will the appraisal be needed by?
- What type of business or what type of property is to be appraised?
- Where is the property to be appraised located?
- What is the approximate square footage of the facility?
- How many offices, bays, warehouse?
- Is there an inventory list available?
- Can the possible leased assets be identified?
- Who are the contacts and what is their contact information?
- Will there be a need to classify assets by accounts and/or by location?
With this information we may be in a good position to offer a formal or informal proposal or quotation.
